TMS Locker Payments and Early Registration Checklist

July 10 - July 21, 2017

Please make sure you have completed the following items on-line, and have the required paper copies with you:

 

q  On-line Registration (Infosnap) Completed

q  On-line Locker Registration Completed

q  Bring Photo ID as custodial parent that matches the proofs of residence being presented

q  Bring copies (that we can keep) of your two proofs of residence matching the Alabaster City School guidelines for residence/attendance

q  Bring cash or check for registration/elective payment; please include at least one phone number on all checks. 

 

What amount is due to reserve locker during early registration? 

·         General Registration: All students have the general registration fee/donation amount of $80.00.

·         Electives: The next section of the receipt represents elective classes.

o    If your student is not in band or choir, then the general elective fee for all other classes is $30.00.  Your total would be $110.00.

o    If your student is in band, then you have the option of paying both the $80.00 and the $75.00 elective fee during early registration/locker sales (total $155.00), or you can just pay the $80.00 to reserve your locker. Band will also be accepting payments at the August 1 schedule pick up.

o    If your student is in choir, then you have the option of paying both the $80.00 and the $50.00 elective fee during early registration/locker sales (total $130.00), or you can just pay the $80.00 to reserve your locker. Choir will also be accepting payments at the August 1 schedule pick up.

·         Other optional fees/donations in the last section do not have to paid at this time.  You will have the opportunity to make these donations or purchase a yearbook throughout the first semester.

How to make payments:

Below is the summary total for early registration/locker sales, so you will know how much to bring before July 21. 

·         Please make checks payable to TMS and include at least one phone number on the check.

·         You must include your student’s full name on the check.

1.       Students with a general elective (not band or choir) = $110.00

2.       Students with a band elective = $80.00 or $155.00

3.       Students with a choir elective = $80.00 or $130.00
